Srikanth Rajasankar is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, and has served in the corporate world for more than 20 years with names like Ericsson and the BG Group of UK etc. He has held many senior positions including Board positions with group companies and the last position held before founding Tutor Orbit, being as Director – Finance & Strategy of British Gas India (BG Group). Mr. Srikanth Rajasankar is also an alumnus of Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao was the founder, chairman and CEO of MphasiS an IT Services and BPO Company which became an EDS subsidiary in 2006. He is a past Chairman of Nasscom, the Chamber of Commerce of the Indian I.T. Industry.

|
|
A graduate of Loyola College (University of Madras) Mr. Rao holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and from the University of Chicago. He has been conferred a Distinguished Alumnus award by the University of Chicago.

Mr. Rao is Chairman of Value and Budget Housing Corporation, a new venture which has started in the Affordable Housing space. He is an Angel investor in several companies. He is on the Boards of IDFC Private Equity, Infotech Enterprises, Royal Orchid Hotels, Clutch Group and Saankhya-Heymath.

He is active in the Not-for-Profit sector as Chairman of Nasscom Foundation and as Trustee of Sujaya Foundation (Mumbai), India Foundation for the Arts (Bangalore), Mathematical Sciences Foundation (Delhi), Fostiima Business School (Delhi), University of Chicago India Trust and on the Board of the
Data Security Council of India.
